Returns

We only accept returns on orders from the United States. International sales are final and cannot be returned. We accept returns on new and unused items within 30 days after the item is delivered. Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us at support@nexusbands.com if you would like to start a return.

Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned to us and inspected, and refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Items returned in a condition other than New with all original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee up to 60% at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Any shipping cost paid by the customer cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all items in your order upon arrival. If there is an issue with the items in your order, reply to your Delivery Confirmation email or email us at support@nexusbands.com with your order information and a description of the issue.
We'll figure it out and make it right.

Refunds

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not offer refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, please double check your address before ordering and contact us immediately if ther is an error with your shipping address. Any shipping cost paid by the customer cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
